Frequently asked questions
How will I receive the voucher?
Once your order is complete, it will arrive by e-mail as a PDF.
How long is the voucher valid?
All vouchers are valid for one year from purchase.
Do I need to print the voucher?
No, the PDF on your phone is enough. Just make sure the barcode on the voucher is clearly readable.
Can I get a physical voucher?
Yes, at no extra charge. Collect the physical gift version at the arena reception on presentation of the printed PDF voucher.
What can I use the voucher for?
Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond are for gaming credit. Family has its own set of experiences and included drinks.
Can I use the credit over several visits?
Yes. Credit from Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond vouchers is added to the gaming account and can be used over several visits. The Family voucher is used during a single visit.
Can someone other than the buyer use the voucher?
Yes. A credit voucher is added to the gaming account of whoever redeems it at the arena – which makes it a great gift. The Family voucher is not converted to credit; its experiences are used directly.
Are there any extra fees?
No. Prices on the website and in the online shop are final, including fees and VAT.
Should I book my visit?
We recommend arranging a date in advance, especially for the Family voucher – without a booking, capacity may not allow us to provide the full package. Contact us at arena@playzone.cz or +420 777 717 196.
